Why it is here
Magneto reports Juan and Margarita Tonconogy won the 2026 edition (9–13 June) in a 1931 Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 GS Spider Zagato, ending Andrea Vesco's run of six straight wins. The route covered nearly 2,000 km with 144 time trials, and the 2027 centenary edition returns to late May (2026-06-17). Motor1 Italia published the final classification and a ten-year winners' table (2026-06-13). Score drivers: prestige 9.0; provenance 9.0 because entry is tied to period-eligible cars (Magneto notes 50 Alfa Romeos at the start, 27 of them pre-war, and a Maserati Classiche-certified A6 GCS/53); community 9.0 from manufacturer involvement such as the Mercedes-Benz Works customer team with four 300 SLs; experience 9.2 for the route through historic Italian towns; expertise 7.8, because regularity scoring rewards timing specialists more than the cars themselves. It also appears in the mytop30 Adventures list (rally); it is listed here for its collector-car role.
Who it is for
Owners of Mille Miglia-eligible pre-1957 cars, and collectors who want to drive the most famous classic road event.
