This statement applies to the website mytop30.com. It is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

What data arise

mytop30 does not run user accounts and has no newsletter subscription. There is no login and there are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Anonymous visit statistics

mytop30 records anonymous, first-party visit statistics on its own server: which page was requested, when, and a one-way hash derived from the connection address and browser type. No names, e-mail addresses or advertising profiles are created. The hash cannot be reversed to identify a person. Purpose: operation, reach measurement and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: aggregated counters and short-term presence data for “online now”; raw hit rows are kept only as long as needed for daily charts and are not sold.

Server logs

When a page is requested, the web server stores the usual connection data: time, requested address (URL), status code, amount of data transferred (bytes), referrer if the browser sends one, and the technical user-agent. IP addresses may appear in these logs. Purpose: operation, security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: according to the hoster's settings, typically a few days to weeks, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Filters in the address

Optional filters (for example by subcategory) may appear as parameters in the address (GET) or be applied only in the browser. They serve solely to narrow the displayed list and are not linked to user profiles.

No device location

mytop30 does not query the device location. There is no geolocation feature and no prompt to disclose coordinates.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies for advertising, reach measurement or login. Anonymous visit statistics run without analytics cookies. There is therefore no cookie banner for third-party trackers: no non-essential cookies are set. The browser may nonetheless store technical data of the connection. Linked destination sites (manufacturers, retailers, product pages) may set their own cookies; their statements apply to those.

Recipients

These pages are hosted on rented webspace (mytop30). The processor for hosting is IONOS SE. The hoster may see connection data as a processor. There is no sale of data to advertising networks. Links to product providers lead to sites of their own controllers.

No third-country transfer by us

mytop30 does not embed analytics, font or advertising services from third countries. Visit statistics are processed on the same IONOS hosting as the site. Fonts and images are served from this origin. There is no Google Fonts, no Google Analytics, no Font Awesome CDN and no other trackers from third countries. Clicks on product links leave this website.

Rights

Data subjects have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests, as well as the right to withdraw consent. A message to the e-mail address given in the Imprint is sufficient.

There is a right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

Obligation to provide data

There is no obligation to provide personal data in order to read the catalogs. Without a technical connection, a page request is not possible.
