Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc
The Cap d’Antibes rock pool is real; the May–October season and ~118 keys are the fine print.

Why it is here
Michelin lists Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc among France’s Three-Key hotels in the 2025 selection — Antibes’ only Three-Key, with the saltwater rock pool still the photograph that sells the Cap. Robb Report’s 50 Best Hotels 2025 kept it in the global luxury set as an Oetker grande dame rather than a new-build Riviera club. Seasonal May–October operations and ~118 keys keep exclusivity high in high summer and honestly closed in winter; this is not a 34-suite desert house. Ranked as a notable challenger in the resort lane because the setting is best-in-Europe-coast and the inventory is palace-scale.
Who it is for
UHNW Riviera weeks (Cannes, yacht tender, family takeover) who accept a seasonal palace and will not pretend it is a 12-suite lodge.
