Bloomberg Businessweek’s Max Chafkin completed the Rochester two-day exam in 2017 and billed it as a ~$5,000 C-suite physical (historical, not a 2026 list price). Ge and Brown in JAMA Internal Medicine (2020; doi 10.1001/jamainternmed.2019.6607) named Mayo among surveyed Honor Roll executive programs, reported a 2019 telephone cost range of $5,000–$11,000, and found that none of 12 cardiovascular tests in such programs were recommended by ACC/AHA, USPSTF, or ACPM for indiscriminate use in asymptomatic adults. Healio (4 Aug 2026) placed Mayo Clinic Rochester, Arizona, and Florida on the 2026–2027 U.S. News Honor Roll. The clinic apply page is used only for volume (~20,000 patients/year and 1,400+ corporate clients) and for Joint Commission ID 8181 plus CMS VAD recertification dated 18 Dec 2024. Rank 1 is destination medicine with a named walkthrough, not a spa.
