The original genome-plus-MRI clinic is still open in San Diego and South San Francisco, with a PNAS cohort and an SF Chronicle site visit — and still no mortality RCT.

Why it is here
Catherine Ho of the San Francisco Chronicle (16 Jul 2025) toured the South San Francisco clinic, reported annual fees of $8,000–$19,000, and quoted Stanford geriatrician Deborah Kado and UCSF radiologist Rebecca Smith-Bindman on overdiagnosis risk; the company admitted it lacks longitudinal survival data versus the population. Perkins et al. in PNAS (2020) described the Health Nucleus self-referred cohort (n=1,190): 17.3% pathogenic or likely-pathogenic variants, 1.7% early-stage tumors, 34.2% insulin resistance, 29.2% elevated liver fat — observational, not an RCT, and with no mortality endpoint. The clinic FAQ fetched 3 Sep 2026 lists Executive Health at $8,000 for under-65 ($12,000 100+ Care; $19,000 100+ Concierge). The $1 million cancer pledge is a marketing contract, not outcomes research.
Who it is for
Clients who want a one-day genome plus whole-body MRI with a named clinician review, and who accept that the outcome evidence is observational.
